How we work

We have no ‘off-the-shelf’ product.  All our work is tailored to the individual.

We use a wide range of resources, drawing on a blend of philosophical sources, from ancient yet still highly pertinent (and widely used) texts to modern, cutting-edge thinking that form an elegant, sophisticated , and easily applicable synthesis of relevant and useable principles and practices.  (see sub-page “Philosophical Literature” for some synopses).

TUNING IN – CREATING THE FOCUS.

We use a simple process of enquiry to establish the best focus for our work with you:

  • What is important to you and why?
  • What are you working on, and how’s it going?
    • Is it working as well as you want it to?
    • Is it working at all?
  • What will happen if you keep going the way you’re going?
    • Will it get you where you want to go, and in the time you want to get there?
  • What will happen if you do nothing?
  • What’s the value to you and your organisation to do something?
  • What value to do this in partnership of a leadership and management coach, consultant and mentor?

Together, we design a program / project that will fulfill the agreed-on intention, and produce the intended result.

The project will be designed as the vehicle for the development that you want, and to produce the results that you want.

It will tap into and develop your talents and those of your staff.
